Mindfullness Meditation

Let’s learn the art of mindfulness meditation. Reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and increase self-acceptance with mindfulness.

Mindfulness is a simple and practical way to learn to observe our thoughts, rather than be trapped by them and worrying about the past or the future. Meditation is sitting formally, focusing on our breath or body sensations. As we do this we experience greater ease and freedom.

Saree Draping

This is an opportunity for ladies to learn how to drape a saree on themselves. We will demonstrate and guide you through the process of draping a saree perfectly on yourself to create a stunning look. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced saree wearer, you'll leave the workshop with new skills and confidence to wear a saree with grace and elegance. We do request you bring your own sarees so you can practice these new skills.
