Preethi Mohan, a former corporate leader turned entrepreneur, has founded three businesses and is a recognised angel investor and ecosystem developer. She is the CEO and Founder of NiceTo, an enterprise committed to enhancing diversity in startups and facilitating the redistribution of generational wealth. She also co-founded Press Play Ventures, an initiative designed to help women in Victoria transition from employment to entrepreneurship. In addition, she hosts The Startup Palette Show, where she interviews some of the biggest names in the startup world, discussing their journeys, successes, and challenges. With her extensive experience in investment, startup ecosystems, and business growth, Preethi brings invaluable insight into what it takes to launch and sustain a successful business.

Vithyaa Thavapalan is a portfolio entrepreneur and business strategist whose journey in business inspired her to create Brown Boss Babes. She has successfully built and operated four businesses, three of which are still thriving today. She is the Owner of The Events House and The Flower Tea Company, and the Founder and CEO of Forensic Origin and Cause Investigations. Recognised for her outstanding contributions to the business world, she has won multiple awards, including Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2022), Outstanding Specialised Business (2020), and Finalist for Business Owner of the Yar (2020 & 2021). She was also a 2022 Finalist in Australia’s Stellar South Asian Women Awards. With her firsthand experience in launching, scaling, and even selling a business, Vithyaa provides a unique perspective on navigating the entrepreneurial journey.
