About the event

Join us to become a healthier version of you in 2024. The session will cover

• Identify the 5 diet mistakes to avoid when setting your New Year’s resolutions

• Understand why it is a problem and what to do instead

• Develop an understanding of how to nourish your body with ease

• Learn how you can make positive food resolutions in 2024

There will also be a Q&A session at the end

Dr Anika Rouf is Accredited Practising Dietitian and media spokesperson for Dietitians Australia. She completed a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Doctorate in Behavioural Science. She is passionate about advocating a non-diet approach and has a particular interest in communicating nutrition using digital platforms. She currently works across two universities in Sydney and runs her own virtual practice which is focused on women’s health. More recently, she upskilled as a Certified Prenatal Dietitian which was sparked by her own pregnancy.
