Join us for a relaxing outdoor Pilates session led by Nidhi Shah, a sports physiotherapist and clinical Pilates instructor with over 8 years of experience. Having worked with professional athletes and now based in Perth, Nidhi brings a thoughtful, body-aware approach to movement that focuses on building gentle strength, improving mobility, and helping you feel good in your body.
This session is designed to be welcoming for all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to reconnect with your practice in a calm, outdoor setting.
What to expect:
• A 60-minute guided Pilates session
• Focus on mindful movement and core strength
• Supportive, beginner-friendly environment
• A chance to move, unwind, and connect with others
