Together they both embody the spirit of conscious leadership, blending their diverse backgrounds and expertise to create an immersive experience that empowers individuals to lead with authenticity, intuition, and inclusivity. Join us on this journey of self-discovery and transformation, guided by two extraordinary leaders dedicated to shaping a more empowered and inclusive future.

What you will will learn:

• The Urgency of Change: The old paradigm of leadership led us here, it will not get us where we want and need to go. So, what will? We will delve into the pressing need to revolutionise leadership approaches within our communities and nation.
• Embracing Holistic Leadership: Explore the future of leadership - what kind of leader does our world need, and what do we cultivate in ourselves to be those leaders. Learn the importance of inner healing and self-awareness as the foundation for effective leadership.
• Cultivating Our Intuition: Experience practical tools and heart-centred exercises to deepen connection with your body and intuition, learning invaluable skills for navigating leadership challenges in your business,  organisations and relationships in your lives. 
• Integration into Daily Life: Discover tangible methods for integrating these newfound insights into your life, enhancing relationships, careers, and more.

Following the workshop, all participants are invited to join us for networking and lunch. Details will be provided on the day.

Ashani Dante, a luminary in Embodied Feminine Leadership, brings a wealth of wisdom and insight to our event. Her mission to inspire women globally to reclaim their intuitive gifts and embrace their inner wisdom has touched the lives of countless individuals. As the visionary Founder of The Flourish Journey, Ashani has pioneered transformative programs aimed at promoting the mental health and well-being of teenage girls. The Flourish Journey has now worked with over 20 000+ teenage girls in Australia. Her dedication to women empowerment and cultural inclusivity has earned her widespread recognition, including being honoured as one of the 40 under 40 Most Influential Asian Australians, Pro Bono Australia Impact 25 Winner, 7 News Young Achievers Finalist Award for Leadership & Top 20 Stellar South Asian Women’s Award . As a Non-Executive Board Director of The Flourish Journey, Ashani continues to catalyse positive change, guiding women everywhere to embrace their authentic voice and leadership potential.
