In this 1-hour webinar, Dr Sherrica Senewiratne, an organisational psychologist, will use psychological theory to teach you why we struggle to cope and how we can reframe the way we think and act to cope more effectively. This will involve understanding why we get stressed, thinking about the things that stress us out, and then diving into practical strategies that can help us manage stress better so it doesn't control us.
