About the event

Your Brand, Your Way brings together personal branding and business brand strategy for an interactive evening designed to help you get clearer about how you show up, what you want to be known for and how you translate that into a brand that feels distinctly yours.

PERSONAL BRANDING WITH VINISHA RATHOD

Become the signal, not more noise.

Most personal branding advice tells us to package ourselves, polish the edges and perform until we’re easy to notice.

Vinisha takes a different approach.

Together, you’ll explore what you genuinely want to be known for and how to show up consistently without becoming a version of yourself that the market invented.

Because the goal was never to be louder. It was to be clear.

Vinisha Rathod is a keynote speaker, advisor, Program Lead for Australiance, Managing Director of culture and change consultancy P3 Studio and author of Amazon #1 bestseller The Briefcase Effect. With more than 18 years of experience across leadership, brand and culture, she works with founders, executives and emerging leaders to turn identity into credible, commercial advantage.

Her book will also be available for purchase on the night.

BRAND STRATEGY WITH SAANYA NARANG

Make Your Brand, Your Brand

You’ve built the business. Now it’s time to intentionally build the brand.

In this practical workshop, Saanya Narang will take you through what makes a brand clear, distinctive and memorable and how to bring that brand to life on social media.

You’ll explore who your brand is speaking to, what it stands for, how it looks and sounds, and how to create a social presence that feels consistent and recognisable. You’ll also look at how your personal brand as a founder can work alongside your business brand without the two becoming interchangeable.

Saanya is a brand and marketing professional who has worked across some of Australia’s leading companies, including The Coca-Cola Company and Commonwealth Bank. With experience spanning brand strategy, consumer marketing, communications and social media, she brings big-brand marketing principles into a practical format for businesses of all sizes.

AND BECAUSE YOUR BRAND DESERVES A FRESH PHOTO TOO…

Arman Merchant from Armazing Photography will be taking professional headshots during the event, with your images available to purchase afterwards.

So if your LinkedIn photo has been following you around for a few too many years, your website needs a refresh, or you simply want a professional image that reflects where you are now, this is your chance.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a BBB evening without something to enjoy while you connect. Ambis Chai will be keeping the chai flowing throughout the night, alongside a selection of South Asian nibbles to enjoy between the sessions and conversations.

Come ready to think differently about your personal brand, get practical about your business brand, connect over chai and leave with greater clarity about how you want to be seen and remembered.
